HL Workflows ("we", "us") runs an automated missed-call text-back service for home service businesses like plumbers. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

When a customer calls one of our client businesses and the call is missed, our system receives the caller's phone number and, when given, the caller's name. During the follow-up text conversation, we also collect the messages the caller sends us, which is usually details about the job they need (address, what's going wrong, when they'd like an appointment).

How we use it

We use this information for one reason: to send the automated text reply on behalf of the business the caller tried to reach, hold a quick conversation to understand the job, and book an appointment into that business's calendar.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We do not use your phone number to send promotional messages.

Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as messaging carriers and cloud hosting) only to deliver the service. These providers handle data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep conversation records only as long as needed to operate the service for the business you contacted and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below.
