Program name
HL Workflows missed-call text-back service.
Description of service
When a customer calls a business that uses HL Workflows and the call is missed, our system automatically sends a text message back to that caller from the business's number (or a related number). The system holds a short conversation with the caller to understand what they need and, when appropriate, books an appointment into the business's calendar. The service is operated on behalf of the business, not the caller.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to any text messages you send or receive.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on call activity. You will only receive messages after you place a call to a business that uses our service and the call is not answered, plus any replies during that conversation.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that business through our service.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend service for violations of these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we cannot guarantee that every text will be delivered or that every appointment will be successfully booked.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HL Workflows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
